The Feminists Perspective.

*The following post consist of stereotypical comments to convey a realistic depiction.Viewer discretion is advised.

The antipathy for feminism undeniably comes from the term itself – feminism. By plainly naming one gender, it diminishes the rights of other genders in instead of the favoured one.First of all,the dictionary definition clearly stands on bringing EQUALITY between both sexes.

Globally recognised as enraged folk conspiring to reduce man to cash/sperm banks and insistently campaigning for their own rights at the expense of all others. To sum up, feminists would be pleased if all the guys had their balls chopped off.Feminism or more appropriately-gender equality is about the abolition of constrictive gender stereotypes and conventional gender roles, to allow people to live  a way of life they want, without being subjected to insult, bias ,discrimination or contempt.

While such feminists view men as sexual predators ,views of gender equality for the benefit for men are often overlooked, and like misinterpreted women, men are also misinterpreted on the basis of masculinity ,Here’s how:

  • They can’t show weakness, doing that makes them a “pussy” and are supposed to “man up”.I have been bullied and a bully at a time in my life ,rest assured one of them makes you feel being treated with dignity and other makes you a laughing stock for others amusement.
  • They have to keep with standards of having and maintaining a high profile model –like body of looking “manly”  and “shaping themselves up” which goes without saying also applies for women to look ”hot”.
  • Not being interested in “manly” sports makes them a “sissy” and showing interests in traditional feminine professions and interests makes them “gay”,”fag”,”homo”.I do follow sports such as f1 and football but I also do watch light and “Reality” shows and I have no problem accepting the fact that it is a good pastime .
  • Being shy gets them scrutinised by the society.”guys are supposed to ask girls out”and other such comments are seen often. They are insulted by girls for being a sissy and there’s nothing they can do about it.A back answer might make them look bad.Being afraid of their skin  getting impaired by the hot sun will have reactions such as”but  you’re a guy na? why do you care?”.Spending half an hour  to set their hair would make them susceptible to comments such as”are you a girl?”
  • In comparison while women now are standing up to the abuses against them ,victims of male rape are rarely taken seriously, as the thought of male consent is widely ignored.Men are violent, cheating, numb, grubby, smelly, primitive sex-offenders with no control over their impulses?is that what they are or how they are supposed to be?
  • I have met many educated women whose sole goal, is to marry rich, ‘be a gold-digger’, bag men with huge  pay-cheques to fund their lifestyles. While at the same time there are men who have an ambition to ,and I quote: “be rich and fuck bitches”…made for each other??

Women get scrutinised for having traditional masculine interests just as much, they are SUPPOSED  to look good, they HAVE TO take care of their appearance by being pressurized into it if not choice.

My point being, gender-equality is for everyone. We cannot review a section of the society to be strong, desirable ,qualified and placing impracticable expectations on the other part of the society such as being”weak and helpless”.Unless we abolish conventional gender roles, everyone loses.

Ke Armaanon Ka Silsila,

Ke Sehra Mein Bhi Aab Sa,

Mere Jaisa Tu,Mere Jaisa tu”.
